Spooky house pictures, Scary cookie pictures, and a Spooktacular belly shot (or scary depending on who you ask!) 22 Weeks

Watch what you say -- baby is now able to hear outside noise from down in the womb. Studies show that baby finds gentle music and your own voice most soothing. Nipples are starting to sprout, and that little face is fully formed. And, baby's starting to settle into sleep cycles, snoozing about 12 to 14 hours a day. It shouldn't be hard to figure out when -- just pay attention to those kicks as they start and stop. *I guess I am to the point now where its FOUR weeks all clumped into one fruit. I NEVER thought this day would come! Its happening soo fast!!**

Today was our third annual holiday cooking making extravaganza at the house. We started out by making a Spooky gingerbread Halloween cottage. I am sure that the amount of germs that cover this thing by now is alone scary enough to make Jason or Michael Myers think twice before cracking off a piece! The Princess had a blast decorating, and I even had fun! I highly doubt I will be making my debut on the Food Network cake challenge show though. Frosting things is really hard! At one point, the quitter in me just wanted to cover the whole thing in buttercreme and throw some candy corn down and call it a day.

I finally took a belly shot. I think that the picture might be a tad deceiving. I don't THINK I look this big..but maybe I do. I choose to say it's the angle (and the photographer..being almost four feet tall and less than a decade old might have something to do with it!). The first picture was taken by Mr. Pod-it to me seems a little more true to life. The baby is moving around A LOT lately and I just love it. I am feeling lots of thumps, and flutters and kicks. I am 100% sure that inside my body this babe has created a Yoga/Gymnastics studio, a Judo facility and an indoor soccer field. All three sports are represented.

This past week was filled with lots of events. Kahla gave birth to sweet baby Emery who then had to return to the hospital because her Bili levels were high. After a much too long stay under the Bili light Emery was released and is now safe and sound at home in the land of Larson. To check out Kahla's blog click here (http://outofbedforthis.blogspot.com/). I know Kahla would be the first to say this, but I will too-thank you for keeping them all in your prayers and sweet little Emery. As you can see she is healthy and just as beautiful as she was the day she graced us with her presence on Oct 12th. I have yet to hold this little miracle but I am going to VERY SOON. I am on pins and needles until I get to see her CLOSE UP and personal. Emery has a head of beautiful flaxen hair that I just am dying to touch! **no permission given to use Emery's picture but I dont think Kahla will mind...I hope**

And so begins yet another work week. Le sigh.... until next time!

Re: We're actually moving on the 30th! Into a much nicer neighborhood.

Yeah I complained to the city about the dispatcher and they were really prompt in their reply and said the dispatcher would be reprimanded. The alarm company only provides the sound, not an actual monitoring service. It took the alarm company (you call them and they dispatch security) 35 minutes to get to our place!!! The police didn't show up for an hour!

P.S. you're such a cute prego! ;)
