Well, tonight I drop the little princess off with her daddy so she can leave to go on a very exciting trip in the morning. She will be embarking on her THIRD trip to Walt Disney World with her Duchess, cousin Chase, and her Aunt Kahla and Uncle Jeff. I am more jealous that I can't go along with them than I thought I would be. Then once that passes I realize my baby is going to be GONE FROM MY HOUSE...THIS STATE...AWAY FROM ME and a slight wave of nausea floods over me. Now dont get me wrong, she has traveled before and I trust each of these adults with The Princess as if I she were in my care but it still a little is sad for me to just hand her over. She is going to have a blast though-she LOVES the Disney Princesses so this is a nice return visit for her. She can reintroduce herself to everyone in the theme park!
I am not sure what I will do when she is gone, I ask her all the time what will I do and her reply is always "you can sit on the couch and watch TV and wait for me-you KNOW I will come home". So sweet and reassuring-but last year when they went to WDW the kiddos were plotting their scheme to stay there YEAR ROUND...then it was "you can come visit me at WDW". She and Chase may make up their minds that this is the year they DON'T come back..haha.
After the Princess returns-she will be spending the next couple of weeks with her daddy. I am glad that they will ge to spend more time than just the obligitory every other weekend...she is looking forward to the visit and its really only about sixty miles away from me-I KNOW her daddy is looking forward to seeing her too. Its a good thing...but again I guess I will just do as she says and sit on the couch and watch tv and wait for her to come home...

If it makes you feel any better, I'm jealous I can't be there, too. We're going back in September (and will be hanging with the princesses almost the entire time, I'm sure)but it would still be awesome to celebrate my birthday there, too!
I'm sure you'll do great over the next 4 weeks, and it will go by before you know it!
